New clinic location

After almost four years at Pilates Plus London, I am moving into a more central Greenwich location within Greenwich Fitness and Pilates. Whilst I was sad to leave the great team of Pilates teachers and osteopaths behind at Pilates Plus, I am looking forward to working at the new location which is a bright and airy space of Pilates studios and a large therapy room overlooking Greenwich Market.

Greenwich Fitness and Pilates offer an extensive schedule of Pilates, yoga and fitness classes to suit everyone, and having enjoyed many of their classes over the years I am excited to be based here. I'll initially be offering appointments on Monday afternoons, Wednesday evenings and every other Saturday.

The entrance to the centre is just through one of the entrances of Greenwich Market, on Durnford Street. Ideally located to grab some tasty food and drink after your session!
